Train with me in person in my awesome private gym or join me on zoom if you are not local to Portland.
Semi-Private Training
Strength in numbers! Workout with a friend/partner and receive the personalized attention plus double the accountability in a supportive small group environment. Limit 2 people at this time.
Online Training
Receive personalized programming to do on your own that fits your unique goals, equipment access and schedule. You’ll also get weekly check-ins and accountability.
Sustainable Nutritional
Add on service for clients who are training with me in person or online. I take a non restrictive approach that is focused on autonomy, a healthy relationship with food and fueling your strength.
Hybrid Training
Train with me in person + receive a custom program with workouts for you to complete on your own time. Perfect for those with access to a gym or home equipment.
